Do you think we could have tidier cities by making bins more visible? Well, that's what we think and why Be A Tidy Kiwi (BATK), Manukau City Council, Eco Maintenance and Auckland Bridge Climb & Bungy have teamed up to get our youth a chance to design the new look of the litter bins in their community.
The Manukau Bin Battles 2010 competition was launched at the beginning of the second term and is open to all Manukau Students in schooling year 8 - 13 until 11 June. This is their chance to show us their skills, score amazing prizes, get their design talents recognised and help us to keep litter where it belongs - in the bins!
